Our spacious open kitchen is surrounded by counter seats and table seats. Attentive and serious professional works of the chefs are right in front of you to see how the dishes are prepared for you. For parties who prefer quiet and private dining experience, we have private rooms for 4 to 6 people.

We have two chef’s tasting menus:
■8 course dinner menu

■9-10 course dinner menu
　¥30,000 incl. tax

We accommodate dietary and allergies restrictions. Please advise us beforehand.
If your dietary requirements are quite restrictive, please contact us to discuss, as our intimate size can limit our flexibility in certain circumstances. We cannot accept the dietary restriction at the table
on the dining day.

He was given the “Japan Discovery Award”, while Mutsukari was ranked

in the 4th place in Japan

and the 39th in the world in “Top 100 World Best Vegetable Restaurants in 2023”.

His dishes are served for lunch at the “Train Suite SHIKISHIMA”,

the cruise train operated by JR Higashi Nihon.

He connects and expands the relationship between the rural areas of Japan to the people through food.

In 2023, he was appointed as a “Tokyo Tourism Ambassador”.

Keiichi Kobayashi is the owner/CEO of Pony Group and was appointed as a “Chevalier du Tastevin” by La Confrérie des Chevaliers du Tastevin at the investiture at Clos de Vougeot on September 23, 2023. He became a “Commandeur de Bordeaux” in 2015.

Cancellation Policy
▶︎We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for any booking that is cancelled.
▶︎If you would like to cancel the reservation, please notify us by 17:00 of two business days prior to the booking date.
▶︎After that, we charge 50% of reserved dinner menu price x number of people.
▶︎For the cancellation/no show on the booked day, 100% of reserved dinner menu price x number of people will be charged.
